• I am passionate about Contract Management, two of my subjects being Contract Documentation 4 and Theory of Management 4. • I have managed multiple Contracts and the Civil Engineering Departments of Municipality and Public Works. • I have been involved with roads, reinforced concrete, steel, wood and brick structures since 1987. • I have designed, compiled tenders, supervised construction, done quality control tests on: Roads (gravel, bitumen, concrete, paving, chemical stabilisation) and Building materials. • I have commissioned and performed maintenance on Roads and Infrastructure in the Free State, Eastern Cape, Kwazulu Natal and Lesotho. • I have designed and tested various concrete mixtures for structural purposes. • As Building Control Officer, I approved countless multi storey buildings, culverts, bridges and water retaining structures. • I worked for Aurecon Consulting Engineers in Lesotho as a Quality Control sub - consultant on Infrastructure, Clinics and Hospitals - from Design to Commissioning. • Registered with ECSA in 1990.
