 Co-ordinate various contractors for specific works on site and ensure that they complete works within a set time frame.  Ensure that quality and specifications are adhered to.  Issue snag lists and final completion certificates for each site.  Chair weekly progress meetings with client and contractors.  Prepare payment certificates, scope change reports & recommendations.  Develop layouts, drawings and designs using computer-aided drafting software.  Conduct surveys on sites, take the measurement of the building and sketch-out of the plan regarding the building.  Prepare technical drawings and layouts within the design, architecture and engineering specifications.  Calculate dimensions, weights, capacities and quantities according to standard industry procedures.
