Implementation of vocational education and training in the state of Kaduna under CSR. • Conceptualize and design the course curriculum, develop and create book/study material to impart vocational training to the students in the area of electrical, electronics and renewable energy with purpose to create an ecosystem for increasing employability and skills through channelized and focused education/training system. • Conduct Train the Trainer, Train the Master Trainer training program. • Organizing industry visits to enhance practical knowledge and skill set of trainers as well as student. • Responsible for smooth operations of vocational education and training centers. • Monitor financial performance and where necessary implement actions to improve financial position. • Provide subject matter expert knowledge and training input to all projects which potentially impact the team.
