Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for a Service Improvement Lead to drive continual measurement, analysis, reporting and improvement activities to support the Service. This is a customer facing role in support of Service Ownership and key interface towards Ericsson Service Delivery Units (SDU) to secure the performance, optimization, and continued evolution of the Service.
In this role, you would:
- The primary accountability of the Service Improvement Specialist (SIS) role within Managed Services is to support the business by providing input for scope, solution creation, and support the solution delivery associated with an initiative. The prime area of focus is the end-to-end processes and how these deliver our services.
- The SIS will assist in interpreting the stakeholder’s requirements, and work with the other relevant parts of the business (e.g. Customer Solution Responsible (CSR), SME(s), Enterprise Architect (EA), account manager, Security Manager, etc.) to create an appropriate scope and solution that meets the business needs.
- The SIS services will cover internal & external projects, improvement initiatives, innovations, new opportunities, assist with operational issues as required, and business change initiatives, based on business priorities
Required profile for job ad : Service Improvement Specialist As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Bachelor or above degree in telecom, IT or business-related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven business analysis skills, including business requirements, product proposals and business and technical workflows.
- Ability to analyze current workflows and find opportunities for improvement.
- Proven project management, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
