RCL FOODS is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to join our Baking Division. The role will be based in Nelspruit and report to the Transport Manager. RCL FOODS is looking for an incumbent who will be responsible for maintaining diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements, correcting vehicle deficiencies, making adjustments and alignments, and keeping records
Duties & Responsibilities
- Service and maintenance of the vehicle fleet consisting of trucks, trailers, forklifts, mobile equipment etc.
- Roadside assistance (breakdowns)
- Minor auto electrical work
- Complete job cards timeously
- Accident & incident investigations
- Perform standby duties
Required profile for job ad : Diesel Mechanic - Nelspruit Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Diesel Mechanic (N3 and Trade Test Certificate)
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Man, Toyota, and Nissan Trucks
- Experience on forklifts will be an advantage
- Auto electrical experience will be an advantage
- Code EC driver’s license with PDP
